LANalarm is a software alarm system that can help assure safety in an office environment. Here is how it works:
A worker becomes aware of an emergency situation
- The worker clicks on the highly visible LANalarm icon on the computer screen and selects the type of emergency.
- The emergency message is quickly carried over the network to all connected computer terminals, which all display the emergency message:

The minimum system requirements are:
- Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000, XP and Vista
- 256 MB RAM
